The removable bowl can be easily replaced thanks to the automatic locking, thus reducing production downtimes. The temperature control function prevents the dough from overheating, by suspending the working cycle until the temperature goes below the set value. Equipped with an intuitive 7” touch screen control panel that can store 300 programs with up to 20 working steps each.
