| A simple dividing system delicately divides the dough without compressing or overheating it, and enables high precision in loaf weighing. The loaf size can be set by means of a practical handwheel and values are shown on a dedicated display. Production rate can be controlled and adjusted, and ranges from 480 to 900 pcs/hr. Thanks to its height-adjustable conveyor belt, SV-230 is ideal for a wide range of applications. Its conveyor belt is equipped with a timer to control the automatic exit of all already divided loaves after the cycle stops. The machine is also equipped with an “end-of-cycle” automatic positioning system that sets the pistons into its best position for restarting the operation. |
