Precision dividing

The SVLCS volumetric divider equipped with a touch screen panel and complete with TRP pressure hopper, allows you to divide the dough without mishandling it and with high weight precision.

Gentle rounding

At the exit of the divider, the portions fall into the AR2 rounder, which with its eccentric motion rounds each individual piece to perfection without stressing the dough. The rounding bell is entirely covered in food-grade blue plastic, and ensures that the dough does not stick.

Ready for leavening!

The rounded pieces are ready to be inserted into the baking cups and leavened!

A 100% Industry 4.0 line

The line is controlled entirely from the touch screen panel of the divider, equipped with remote monitoring and control functions, which makes it a completely 4.0 line
