FP4, long-loaf moulder with 4 cylinders

The FP4 4-cylinder flat moulder is ideal for giving the long shape to the high hydration dough. The delicate action of its cylinders allows you to obtain loaves with a perfectly homogeneous internal structure.

FF, moulder for hard dough

The FF loaf moulder is the best solution for obtaining rolled loaves. Suitable for working with harder doughs (maximum 65% water), it thins the piece and then wraps it around itself, giving it the characteristic spiral shape.

Roller Major, the compact solution

Some doughs, such as those made from rye flour or those without salt and yeast, do not require rest time between rounding and loafing. In these cases the best solution is Roller Major, the integrated rounder-moulder, which allows you to carry out the two processes in rapid succession, with considerable savings in time and space.
